Since their creation, the Assises have become the leading gathering for maritime stakeholders in France and one of the benchmark events in Europe.
Organized by le marin and Ouest-France, in partnership with the French Maritime Cluster (Cluster Maritime Français), this event brings together more than 1,700 participants each year from all sectors connected to the sea: political decision-makers, business leaders, industrial companies, military representatives, local authorities, researchers, NGOs, start-ups, ports, and institutions.
Over two days, through a comprehensive program featuring conferences, panel discussions, interviews, award ceremonies, and networking opportunities, the Assises provide in-depth analysis of the major challenges facing the maritime world, including:
- competitiveness and economic sovereignty,
- technological innovation,
- maritime spatial planning and coastal development,
- the ecological and energy transition,
- employment, training, and the professions of the future.
